Katherine has over 20 years of professional writing experience which includes:

• Releasing her first poetry book in October 2009
• Writing for a daily regional newspaper
• Authoring web-based course content for a regionally accredited university
• Teaching classes such as Technical Writing & English Composition online
• Earning a M.Ed  with a writing concentration

She also has experience in designing and editing brochures, marketing materials and newsletters for non-profit and civic organizations.
